Jason Graf
Owner
Licensed Physical Therapist

Jason Graf is a Buckeye High School graduate (1995). He completed the physical therapy program at The Ohio State University in 2000.

Jason started working at Ferrell-Whited as an aide when he was in high school and has since taken over ownership of the practice in July 2006. He has worked in both outpatient and nursing home settings.

His post graduate studies include Craniosacral Therapy I, treatments for the diabetic and amputee, muscle energy techniques, American Back Pain Center seminar, orthopedic rehabilitation of the shoulder, Back to Golf seminar and advanced treatments for foot, ankle and shoulder injuries in sports.

Jason has a wonderful sense of humor sure to brighten your day!

Dana Graf
Licensed Physical Therapist

Dana is a Medina High School graduate that went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo as well as her Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of Ohio.

Dana spent her first 5 years of practicing in Colorado at Bronco’s Sports Medicine. She returned to Ohio to raise her two boys in her hometown of Medina where she joined the team at Rehabilitation and Health Center with the Crystal Clinic.  Dana has worked all over Northeast Ohio as a contract therapist until she became one of the original therapists here at Ferrell-Whited.

Dana prides herself on taking on patients with challenging diagnoses. From vertigo, foot biomechanical issues, chronic headaches, fibromyalgia as well as TMJ syndrome, she will utilize her years of experience to make a difference.  In 2013, Dana became one of the first therapists in the region to earn a certification in Dry Needling.

Dana is now happily married to Jason Graf (owner of Ferrell Whited) where they live and practice in city of Medina.

Amber Morrison

Physical Therapist Assistant

Amber Morrison attended Medina High School and graduated from Stark State College with her degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Amber has extensive experience treating our older population with orthopedic conditions, as well as neuromuscular balance impairments.

Her clinical experience includes in-patient neuro where she helped to rehabilitate patients suffering from stroke and traumatic brain injuries, as well as the skilled nursing setting where she excelled at rehabilitating total joint replacements and other orthopedic/balance problems.

Meghan Graf

Women’s Health – Lake Medina

Meghan Graf graduated from The Ohio State University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings including orthopedics, geriatrics and aquatic therapy. She has been on staff at Ferrell-Whited since 2001.

Her post graduate studies include Craniosacral Therapy I and Lymph Drainage I, American Back Pain Center seminar, mobilizations with movement, myofascial release techniques, shoulder and knee advanced sports medicine techniques, fibromyalgia, treatment for the amputee and the Pilates method for use as therapeutic and corrective exercise.

Meghan also specializes in Women’s Health physical therapy and has received her training and education through the Herman & Wallace Institute.

Heather Cooper

Heather graduated 1997 from Loma Linda University in Southern California with a Masters in Physical Therapy.  She has been on staff with Ferrell-Whited since 2014.  She has focused her career in pediatric, aquatic therapy, women’s pelvic health and general orthopedic physical therapy.  She has experience in clinic, school and home based settings.

Post graduate Continuing Education coursework includes TMR (Total Motion Release including TMRc certification), Neuromuscular Rehabilitation, Pediatric Yoga, Torticollis, wheelchair seating, Pediatric Toe Walking, Orthotic Management, Down Syndrome, Pediatric Neurological Rehabilitation, Sensory Processing/Integration, Spasticity Management, Advanced Clinical Practice in Pediatric PT, Cerebral Palsy, Gait, Pediatric Aquatic Techniques, autism, Pediatric Myofascial Release, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Pediatric Incontinence and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Sexual Medicine in Pelvic Rehabilitation, Pelvic Floor disorders of the coccyx, Joint Replacement Rehabilitation, and Pelvic Organ Prolapse trainings, among others.

Sarah Harp
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Sarah Harp graduated from Walsh University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. She also has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training. Sarah has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient care and long term care. She is certified in Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization as well as Functional Capacity Evaluations.

Sarah’s clinical interest is in orthopedic as well as sports rehabilitation and total joint rehabilitation.  Sarah is married, a mother of two boys and resides in Medina.

Jennifer Stallard

Jenni Stallard is a Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her degree from Hocking College in 2007. She has experience in a variety of settings including sports medicine/orthopedics and aquatic therapy.

Jenni’s post graduate studies include The Mulligan Concept for spinal mobilization, Dr. Kenzo Kase’s Kinesio Taping Method, and ATRI aquatic training. She also enjoys women’s health rehabilitation and has been trained through the Herman & Wallace Institute.

Denise Connelly
Physical Therapist Assistant
Pediatrics – Main Clinic

Denise Connelly is a Physical Therapist Assistant who attended Highland High School and graduated from Cuyahoga Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant Technology.  She has extensive experience in treatment of all ages with a specialization in pediatrics and geriatrics with various orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Denise has extensive clinal experience in school based and aquatic pediatrics, skilled nursing and hospital based practices.  When not treating patients, Denise enjoys watching her 2 daughters play softball, horseback riding and hiking with her husband and dog.

Danielle Fligiel
Physical Therapist Assistant

Danielle Fligiel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cuyahoga Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant program in 2016.  As a former Jazzercise, Body Sculpting and Barre instructor, her love of physical fitness and her love of meeting and interacting with people led her to a profession in physical therapy.

Danielle has experience in a variety of settings working with patients of all ages, including subacute rehab, hospital, and outpatient therapy.  Danielle has three daughters and resides in Granger Township with her husband and kids.

Ann Hamilton
Physical Therapist Assistant

Ann Hamilton is a graduate of Stark State College.   After working many years as a preschool aide, watching therapists change the lives of so many patients, Ann was inspired to return to school to earn her PTA degree.  Ann has been working in the industry since 2015 where she is extremely happy to be a PTA.  The highlight of her day is when a patient tells her just how much better they feel after a physical therapy session.

Ann is married, has 2 children and 2 grandchildren, who happen to live across the street.  Ann spends quite a bit of time outside, where she enjoys gardening, golfing or just plain goofing off!
