Pre and Post Pregnancy Fitness Training

Pre pregnancy training

Care and preventative care for pregnant women focusing on strength, stability and flexibility throughout their nine months of pregnancy.  Exercises, stretches, and balance activities to help strengthen areas prone to weakness and tightness such as hips, lower back, glutes, and chest.  Focus on pelvic floor muscles and deep abdominals to help prevent lower back pain and promote core stability.

Post pregnancy training

Training for new moms or seasoned moms working on moving the body back to its pre pregnancy level of fitness and beyond.  Designed for the fact that every Mom and every body is different with gradual increases of exercises to slowly condition and intensify fitness levels while challenging the body and getting back into shape.

Pre and Post Pregnancy Fitness Training one-on-one session or small group classes available.

8 Session Post Physical Therapy Training Program

This program is designed to continue individual progress post physical therapy. Your post rehabilitation program promotes more confidence with specific post therapy exercises and progresses one to the next level of fitness.

Personal Fitness Training

Training for the total body focusing on individual goals of strength, balance/ stability, weight loss, and general health and fitness.
